The Talent Development program at Walt Disney Animation Studios has a long history, dating back to 1971, when Walt Disney’s “Nine Old Men” set out to provide a one-of-a-kind opportunity to train next-generation artists under the leadership and tutelage of Disney Animation icons.

Qualifications

- Junior or senior undergraduate students, or recent graduates
- All students are required to have unrestricted work authorisation.
- All students must be over the age of 18.
- You must be presently enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class,
- You must have graduated from an accredited college or university within the last six years.
- To be eligible for this internship, you must have completed at least six (6) months of the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program, or Disney Professional Internship Program.
- From January through June, all candidates must be available.
- All applicants must be willing to work up to 40 hours per week.
- For the duration of the internship, all students must provide their own lodging and transportation.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through
- All Office products (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Keynote, and Airtable are proficient.
