Scholarship America has given over 2.5 million students $4.2 billion since its founding in 1958, and the number is still growing. Together, Scholarship America and NSHSS will support one other’s efforts to advance student success.
Several unique scholarship programs, such as the Families of Freedom Scholarship Fund and the Dream keepers Emergency Financial Aid program for community college students, are also managed by Scholarship America.

The Families of Freedom Scholarship Fund: which is managed by Scholarship America, provides education help for postsecondary study to financially needy dependents of those killed or permanently disabled as a result of the September 11, 2001 attacks.
Collegiate Partners: are postsecondary institutions that ensure that scholarships awarded through Scholarship America programs help meet students’ unmet financial needs.
