  • Interns collaborate with our professional team of consultants on projects in a manner similar to that of full-time consultants, 
  • Getting significant industry exposure. The course will run for 10–12 weeks in the summer of 2023.

Interns Essential Roles 

Your duties could consist of the following 

  • Data synthesis, analysis, and interpretation to support client recommendations
  • Conducting in-depth analysis using financial modeling, and recommending workable strategies.
  • Conducting interviews with stakeholders.
  • Leading efforts to collect information.
  • Helping to create and maintain work schedules, budgets, and plans.
  • Defining the analyses and deliverables for a project.
  • Sharing project updates and soliciting suggestions.

  • Collaborating closely with senior consulting leaders at ECG and various project teams.

Requirements

  • Obtaining a master’s degree in business administration or a health-related subject and graduating with the class of 2024
  • A solid business background in strategic operations, finance, or consulting, or three or more years of relevant professional experience (such as healthcare consulting and/or hospital administration/operations) prior to attending graduate school
  • strong expertise in and enthusiasm for the healthcare sector
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • A track record of accomplishing difficult tasks and addressing difficult difficulties
  • Skills in diagnostics, analysis, and math Demonstrated client service excellence
  • Proven career advancement with growing responsibility
  • Strong presentation skills—both verbal and written—ability to travel as needed
