As an intern, You’ll get to see how some of the largest video games and esports in the world choose their soundtracks, and you’ll assist artist relations team in keeping up with worldwide trends. 

About Esport Internship

You can work as a journalist, a web or video game creator, a data or financial analyst, or an eSports intern. You use 3D, rigging design, or visual effects when you design video games. 

You will be responsible for designing data security, creating reusable code, testing and maintaining interfaces, and converting mockups into usable designs as a web designer intern 

About Riot Games Internship 

Riot Games is in search of interns who can start right away and who can commit to working at least two full days.

By finding new performers, overseeing recording sessions, developing artistic relationships, and developing promotional strategies, artists and repertoire researchers are in charge of the company’s musical development and production.

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign proficiency is required. Every internship must be for academic credit and is unpaid.

Responsibilities

Learn  more about  essential roles for interns 

  • Global Artist Research: Quickly look into incoming music searches and pitches, interact with account managers and clients to deliver the best appropriate music depending on their requirements, and make sure that projects are delivered effectively.
  • Social Platform Trend Research: Gathering information for platforms, products, or research and identifying the best memes, channels, trends, and musical scenes for our advantage.
  • Gaming and music trend analysis Keep the music team updated on activations involving other video games and the music business.
  • Anticipate and inform our local A&R team of the client’s musical needs
  • Respond to client requests for music, and offer clients general music knowledge and inventive suggestions.
  • Make persuasive presentations and reports on current music trends worldwide.

Required Credentials

  • Presently enrolled in a non-degree program at a college or university
  • Able to work 10–12 weeks at our Los Angeles headquarters full-time (subject to change based on COVID-19 restrictions)
  • A permit to work in the United States
  • Knowledge of and experience with international music as well as the music business
  • Having knowledge of music from a variety of genres and being able to talk about musical ideas

Desired Capabilities

  • Understanding of the gaming industry
  • Having experience in a creative or media-related field, such as music or television, is advantageous.
  • A&R group
  • Respond to client requests for music, and offer clients general music knowledge and inventive suggestions.
  • Make persuasive presentations and reports on current music trends worldwide.

The requirements for an eSports intern change depending on the employment. You must be enrolled in college or a recent graduate of a degree program that is related to the internship for which you are applying.
