Research Internship, Foreign Policy
For a research internship focused on international relations in the fall, Brookings is now accepting resumes. The job will be in Washington, DC, for roughly ten weeks.
It will offer a pre-professional learning opportunity that gives the student real-world, relevant work experience relating to their area of study or career interest.
You must be a bachelor’s or master’s student majoring in political science, strategic studies, or a related discipline to be eligible.
Research Internship, Metropolitan Policy Program
Brookings is happy to announce that it will start offering its research internship in the fall. It will offer a $14 hourly wage as well as the chance to participate in internal meetings, community think tank gatherings, and professional development training sessions.
The candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in public policy, urban policy, economics, statistics, or a related discipline such as the social sciences. A recent college graduate may also submit an application.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, a recent college graduate, or a graduate student pursuing a degree in communications, journalism, hospitality, political science, economics, or a related discipline.
Social Media Internship, Office of Communications
Students are invited to participate in Brookings’ Social Media Internship in its Washington, DC-based Communications Office. This position will last for 10 weeks.
It will entail practical work with a group of social media experts and assist students to become ready for a career in communications and social media.
Candidates for this position should be graduate students pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline or undergraduate students in their junior or senior year.
